ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

An employee is seeing a change in her HSA defined amount after a salary LE/drop dependent LE.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Employee should not see any change in her HSA defined amount after a salary change LE.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Process a salary LE/drop dependent
2. See that the defined amount for HSA has changed from 120.00 to 126.32
