Receive Blank Window White Screen When Clicking Territories

On : version, Territory Management, Quotas
Can't access Active Territories page
Tried with 2 different browsers, when Territories is selected from the Navigator, the page is blank and nothing happens.

Blank screen

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud
2. Click on Navigator> Territories
3. Receive blank screen

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the Territories page.
