When attempting to update Account Hierarchies in the Manage Account Hierarchies Task received the following error:
Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #1":
An error occurred while invoking task Manage Account Hierarchies. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error. Contact your help desk..
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Task Manage Account Hierarchies.
2. Select the Hierarchy.
3. In Specify Nodes Click on Node Operations > Add.
Business Impact: Due to this issue users cannot manage Account Hierarchies.
