Symptoms

When attempting to P6 EPPM Web Cloud Environment,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

System error. Please re-try your action. If you continue to get this error, please contact the Administrator.

When attempting to login to P6 Professional via CloudConnect,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Invalid username or password.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access Primavera P6 EPPM Cloud Environment.
