Release 12 Upgrade Test- Unable To Create Contact

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Classic Mobile Sales Application

When attempting to create contacts, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Attirbute PartyUsageCode in view object PartyUsageAssignment cannot be set.
java.lang.String cannot be cast to java.lang.Boolean


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Log into OSC Mobile App
2) Navigated to Contacts
3) Provided First Name, Last Name and other details.
4) Clicked on Done
5) Suggested Contacts ,Matching with Provided First Name and Last Name are displayed
6) Didn't select any of the existing contacts, Clicked on Done.
