How to Create a Service Request for the Fluid Recruiting UX Product

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Provide instructions to create a Service Request (SR) from My Oracle Support (MOS) to report a question or problem regarding the Fluid Recruiting UX (interface).
This product will eventually offer the different features of the Recruiting Center product. This will be migrated to the Fluid Recruiting UX (different than Flash / Flex technology) on a specific schedule, piece by piece up to 2019.
