Provide instructions to create a Service Request (SR) from My Oracle Support (MOS) to report a question or problem regarding the Fluid UX (interface).
Note these instructions are limited to the Early Adopters program, during which the different features of the Recruiting Center product will be migrated to the Fluid UX (different than Flash / Flex technology) on a specific schedule, piece by piece up to 2019.
