New BP Records Are Created Erroneously When Opening Records in the Same BP Log

Information in this document applies to any platform.
On some Projects, when a BP Record is opened by either selecting the cog icon (Options menu) or right-clicking and choosing Open, the system generates a new Record.
The new BP Record only appears after a screen refresh.
On other projects, new Records are not generated when selecting Open.
