Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version

REL12UPG - Analytics tab of Security Console is hanging and won't load
When users navigate to Security Console, the Analytics tab is hanging and not representing any data.
For some users, this does not load at all. For others, it loads but the right-hand pane just shows a spinning loading icon.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Security Console > Analytics subtab keeps spinning and does not load
