Error: "HTTP 404 Not Found" When Accessing a P6 EPPM Cloud URL and Redirecting to the Cloud SSO Login Page (Doc ID 2304926.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to access a P6 EPPM cloud URL, such as the URL for P6 (web), redirection to Single Sign-On occurs but instead of generating the SSO Cloud login page, the following error occurs:

ERROR

Http 404 -- Not Found

Steps to Reproduce

The following steps can be utilized to reproduce the issue:

  1. Open a new browser
  2. Enter any cloud URL into the browser, for example: http://company.oracleindustry.com
  3. The browser attempts redirection to SSO, for example - https://company-primavera-idm.oracleindustry.com/oam/server/obrareq.cgi?... - but instead of displaying an SSO authentication window the noted error is observed.
