CX Mobile - Custom Object throws Error when accessig the layout from Mobile

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The customer has a custom object named "Marketing Campaigns " . When trying to edit the layout in mobile composer , the error "The slected page lay out has errors or incomplete . "
The sequence of events
1. Login to the environment
2. Navigate to Mobile Composer
3. Click on the lay out for custom object
4. User receives an error
