Symptoms
The message template "Standard Notification for Requisition Approval Request" is sent to requisition owner upon requisition approval termination (Terminate Approval Path action done in the Approvals tab of the requisition).
Based on the content of this notification, it might be causing confusion for the recipient who thinks his approval is required or that his approval was granted while the approval process is in fact over.
