Information in this document applies to any platform.
Oracle Cloud Hosted Portal environment, when trying to login to Unifier.
Expected Result: The users should be able to login to the Unifier production environment through the Cloud Portal without incident.
Actual Result: The following is returned to the portal page: red hexagon with an X in it and "Your portal is not configured correctly. File a Service Request to contact your system administrator."
