When clicking on 'My Account' in BI Publisher the following error is observed:
Unauthorized access. Access denied.
Steps to Duplicate:
1. Login to BI Publisher
2. Select the drop down next to the username in the upper right hand corner
3. Select My Account
4. Select Ok
5. Observe error
