Fusion Applications - United Arab Emirates - Reverse Terminate an employee - gratuity processed and transfered to General Ledger

We would like to reverse terminate an employee but we are not able to do so as we have already processed the gratuity for the employee and transferred the details to GL.
As known, once transferred to General Ledger we are not able to roll back.
Without rolling back the process we are not able to delete the Gratuity Calculation Card.
What we should do as the employee would like to continue work?
