Blank page appears when opening an Opportunity in a sandbox

Symptoms

 On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Opportunities

In a sandbox and with the admin user  a blank page when opening an opportunity record.

After exiting the sandbox or by using another user, then the system open the opportunity as normal.
