Update Final Client

How to update the final client of an opportunity.
Here is a sample of my import file :

OpportunityID;Region;AccountPartyID;ActionCode
300000003538261;MEA;300000004348373;Update
300000003531753;MEA;300000004348373;Update

and I get the error:
