BPM Transactions Approved Prior to Release 12, and Audit Reporting on these Transactions

Symptoms

When attempting to take screenshots using BPM Worklist with transactions which were approved prior to Release 12 upgrade , 
the following error occurs. 

    "Error occurred while displaying History tree table. Could not locate composite.. Ensure composite has been successfully deployed, and that the SOA server has completed loading composites."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Take screenshots using BPM Worklist with transactions which were approved prior to Release 12 upgrade .
  2. Review  Fusion Applications SOA Audit (Doc ID 2053746.1)  for background on Audit functionality.

  3. Following : How to Create User Login Audit Report (Doc ID 2043622.1), or
  4. Using OTBI

    use the following query (option 3 or option 4)

results with "The data could not be retrieved"
