ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Customer ANI showing calls coming from Russia

When the customer receive the call back it appears as coming from Russia.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Caller ANI should show US number 1 703 880 8800

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Webcare, navigate to Customer's account
2. Navigate to Link Builder
3. Launch call and note ANI on phone

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users believe that calls are coming from Russia
