After Upgrade Paid Expense Reports Show In Users Queue Requiring Receipts (Doc ID 2306836.1)

After R12 Upgrade, Paid reports are reappearing in Employees Expense queue with error "Pending original receipts".

Issue does not exist for reports which are entered in R12 or any other status before upgrade.

Issue is only with reports that were Paid before upgrade.
