Goal

The Exclusive Tax remains same even after choosing a different - Tax Classification.

In Sales Order, The Exclusive Tax remains same even after choosing different 'Tax Classification'. The Exclusive Tax is 13% every time. It should be different after we choose different Tax Classification Code.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue :
Order Management > Create Order > Edit Tax Determinants > Tax Classification Code
