Fusion Payroll: Incorrect Check Date when Adjust Individual Balances Transaction Processed (Doc ID 2306999.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

1) An employee 1 has balance adjustment and quick pay.
  a) Balance Adjustment($-22.93) - Process Date = 8/4/2017 Earned Date 8/4/2017 Period = 16 2017
  b) Quick Pay ($1487.18)- Process Date = 8/4/2017 Earned Date 7/29/2017 Period = 15 2017

Make EFT is showing $1487.18 and Process Date 08/018/2017.

For employee 2 payment amount $1487.18 is coming in Payment Register Report with payment date 8/18/2017.
Why the payment date is 8/18/2017?
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Issue 1 : second EFT should include the balance adjustment
Issue 2 : Payment Date should be 8/4/2017

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Payroll >> Payroll Calculation >> Adjust Individual Balances >> do balance adjustment of employee 969 on process date 8/4/2017
2. Payroll >> Payroll Calculation >> Calculate Quick Pay >> process Date 8/4/2017 >> Quick pay
