CRM Desktop- Add-in Doesn't Start with Runtime Error

Goal

Add-in doesn't start after opening Outlook, and now CRM Desktop returns the following error:
"This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information."
