Transaction Level Note Not Visible on Collections Notes Tab

On : version, Manage Collections-Manage Customer Data

Cannot see Transaction Level Collections notes in the Collections 'Notes Tab'

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Advanced Collections

2. Query customer account

3. View Notes Tab

The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users cannot see transaction level notes from Collections 'Notes Tab.'
