The Payment Documents Descriptive Flexfield is Not Available (Doc ID 2307977.1)

Goal

The application does not allow users to add additional information for Payables Documents within DFFs for the Cash Management module. The information we are trying to add within the DFF are the Check Fraud Protection Numbers and Transit Numbers. This DFF was present in EBS 11i which
has not been setup in the Cloud to this date. It was under the Bank Account Payment Document Definition.
