Symptoms

An error is reported when importing orders using FDBI as described in :- Importing Orders in Order Management using a Spreadsheet - FBDI - An Example (Doc ID 2212369.1)

A record was found with entity Charges Interface. The import process cannot associate this record with an order.
A record was found with entity Charge Components Interface. The import process cannot associate this record with an order.
A record was found with entity Charge Components Interface. The import process cannot associate this record with an order.
Order 287 will not be imported due to the following error: ReturnStatus=ERROR;
