Fusion Applications - UK Localization - Court Order DEA Is Calculated Incorrectly When Additional Court Orders Exist

Symptoms

On : Release 12 version, UK - United Kingdom Legislation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Employee has 2 DEA Court Orders and 1 AEO Court Order. (Payroll is processed for this employee)

The application is calculating DEAs incorrectly every time an employee also has other court orders with a Higher Priority or earlier date  (it seems to be using the same calculation method for attachable pay used by other court order types, but DEAs have special rules)

STEPS:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add 2 DEA Court Orders and 1 AEO Court Order to an employee
2. Run Payroll
3. Check results
