Symptoms

The Essbase UI is not accessible after applying OAC Patch 17.3.3-926.  When trying to URL of the instance, an "Error 404--Not Found" page is returned.

From the /u01/data/logs/ess_server1.out:

weblogic.application.ModuleException: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-02000: missing
