Orders Submitted by Agent Are Missing from Customer's Order Management System (Doc ID 2308526.1)

Symptoms

Orders submitted by agents are not seen in customer's order management system (OMS) until a few days later. However, these orders do show up in agent console instantly with SUBMITTED status. All properties of the orders look perfectly correct.
