Orders Submitted by Agent Are Missing from Customer's Order Management System

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Orders submitted by agents are not seen in customer's order management system (OMS) until a few days later. However, these orders do show up in agent console instantly with SUBMITTED status. All properties of the orders look perfectly correct.
