Error while creating Quote from Opportunity to CPQ

Getting error while creating quote in CPQ Production instance from opportunity in OSC Production Instance.

Attribute Name is required. Cannot Add user to team members

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud
2. Navigate to Opty -> Quote and create quote
3. Getting an error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create quotes in the system
