Not Able To Log In With Custom Role

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, CX Mobile Application

Not able to log in with custom role into the CX Cloud app.
The custom role have the privelige "Access Mobile CRM", but when logging in, we get either get the error message as attached, or it hangs (like in the 2nd sceenshot)

ERROR
-----------------------
(1) Feil: Finner ikke funksjonen med ID-en Organization
(2) Step 2 of 2 - Authorization in progress - Loading application content

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to login
2. Receiving either error or application hangs loading content.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the CX Cloud App.
