Cannot Query Lockbox Using Manage Lockbox Setup Task

Symptoms
Able to setup Lockbox and associate it with Receipt Source but upon querying the same Lockbox, it is not returned in Search results.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Setup and Maintenance> Manage Lockbox
2. Search using Lockbox#
3. Search Results does not return the Lockbox
