Goal

SSN Reflection on Benefits > Contacts page VS Manage Person > Contacts page

Client has noticed an issue with SSN not being consistent in Benefits > Contact page vs Manage Person > Contacts page.

1. If they create a contact through Benefits > Contacts:
  a) they can see SSN on Benefits > Contact page but Can't see the SSN on Manage Person > Contacts page.
  b) they can still see the SSN from Manage Person > Contacts page by clicking on Hyperlink - Go to manage person for the 'Contact name'

2. If they Add Contact directly through Manage Person, it is vice a versa
  a) SSN would show up in Manage person but not on Benefits > Contacts.

Client would to see consistency for SSN to show up in both the pages.
This issue is noticed both in TEST and Production but attaching screenshots from TEST.
