On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When using the keyword / fuzzy (Find) search on the landing page, the results are not sorted as expected.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that exact matches would be listed first and the remainder sorted by index score.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud
2. Navigate to SUI > Sales > Contacts
3. In Find, enter "maria d garcia" and press enter
4. Maria D Garcia is not list at the top but when scrolling down, this contact is fund further down the list

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, it is more difficult to find the exact contact when there are many fuzzy matches.
