Information in this document applies to any platform.
A user is unable to see / add an internal user (from SmartOrg) as participants when using the Evaluation Management (EM) Interview tab in a candidate submission.
The list of participants is empty or the desired user is not in the list even if it is an active user in SmartOrg.
