Custom Field - Unable to Edit

Customer created a custom field on the Account object.
Added a groovy script to allow only admins or users  to be able to edit the field.
Admin1 can edit the field but user Admin2 is unable to.

Sales Rep needs to be able to edit the accounts

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud as Admin2
2. Navigate to Accounts -> AccountA1
3. Click on Profile -> Not editable

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Admin2 cannot edit accounts
