Element Entries are not deleted when Payroll details are deleted in payroll relationship.
Base on Element Eligibility, when payroll details are added for an employee, element entries are auto generated.
When the payroll details are removed, the employee will be no longer be eligible for those elements, but the auto generated entries that are created are not deleted.
