Create Accounting Is Not Generating Accounting For Secondary Ledger For Cost Accounting Module (Doc ID 2309723.1)

Symptoms

While executing create Accounting for cost accounting module, The accounting entries are showing only for primary ledger. For Secondary ledger there are no accounting entries.

Need to see Secondary ledger transactions along with primary ledger

STEPS
-------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Run create Accounting exception report --> View PDF

Able to see accounting entries only for primary ledger.

For Secondary ledger there are no entries at all
