We are trying to load an employee picture into Cloud and it is just loading forever without any response and when you click cancel, it gives an error screen. Not sure what is the issue with the upload process. This is individual picture not the data load.

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: nnn, Server Domain: HCMDomain, Server Instance: CoreProcessesServer_, Application Name HcmCoreApp.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigator -> Person Management
In Manage Person under Biographical Information section, click edit
Against Display photo field, click on Browse, and select photo from your file system.
