Defect 618_Issue in Partner Contact record when accessed from Global Search

When we open a partner contact from global search, there is some unexpected behaviour shown in the application. At first, the Partner field is not populated in the contact. If we close the record and open again, then the Manage User Details link is not visible.
Please refer to the attached document for the relevant screenshots and the steps to be followed to replicate the issue.

The Partner contact field should get populated and Manage User details link should be visible.
