Unable to login to this env cps-xxxxxxxx using IOS Mob App & Desktop App
User (xxxxxxxx) is unable to login to this environment cps-gsexxxxxxxx using IOS Mobile Application and Desktop Application as well.
"When I try to sign in from the ios mobile app or the desktop app I got error messages which prevents me from signing in.
I used this service url : https://documents-xxxxxx.documents.xxx.xyz.com
Error on IOS :
Connection Error, A server with the specified hostname could not be found.
Error on Desktop :
There's a problem communicating with the service. This issue may be temporary, so retrying may solve the issue.
