Unable Find Files Extracted From BICC In UCM through custom role

Unable find files extracted from BICC in UCM with custom Job role
We created a custom role and assigned ESSAdmin and ORA_ASM_APPLICATION_IMPLEMENTATION_ADMIN_ABSTRACT roles to this custom role and assigned this custom role to a couple of users. We are able to schedule extracts and they are getting processed and status shows that the extracts completed.
We are unable to find the files that were extracted in UCM, we did a blind search and also created using substring "file_crmanalyticsam" and no files are present in UCM. Can you please let us know why we are unable to see the files in UCM.
