ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
AOE Fines Arrears showing as deduction when arrears not taken

Entered AEO Priority calculation card with protected earnings of £2500

Deduction would have taken employee below protected earnings amount, so deduction was not taken and amount has been placed placed in arrears.
This behaviors is correct however the arrears amount is showing in the deduction area of the Statement of Earnings.
We would not expect to see this showing as a deduction when it has not been deducted from pay.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The expectation is that the AEO Priority not to be shown as a deduction when it has not been deducted from pay.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. entered AEO Priority calculation card with protected earnings of £2500;
2. deduction would have taken employee below protected earnings amount;
3. deduction was not taken and amount has been placed placed in arrears;
4. the arrears amount is still showing in the deduction area of the Statement of Earnings.
