SSO - User is Redirected to a Blank Page

Symptoms

Upon attempted access to a OTAC (Taleo TEE) zone via SSO (Single Sign-On), the user is instead redirected to a blank page.

URL: https://[zone].taleo.net/[product]/SamlAssertionConsumerService.jss

The problem can happen for either Backend access (e.g. SmartOrg, Recruiting) or Frontend access (internal Career Section configured for SSO)
