Accounts enriched with DaaS have Primary URL that does not contain the protocol prefix

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

Accounts enriched with DaaS have Primary URL that does not contain the protocol prefix http://
If the URL is entered in the UI, it automatically adds the protocol prefix http://, if needed, when saving
When the user clicks the URL without the protocol prefix http://, an error occurs

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud
2. Navigate to SUI > Sales > Accounts
3. Search and Edit an account
4. The URL on the overview page is missing the http://
5. When the URL is clicked, an error occurs

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, many accounts are missing the protocol prefix and the users are getting an error trying to access the URL.
