Opportunity - PrimaryFormattedAddress Is Null For Formula Field (Doc ID 2310933.1)

When an Opportunity record is created, the email notification and the opportunity edit page are not reflecting the Account Address Field. This field is set up to be a Formula field that brings the address over from the Account record. However, this is not happening. Address appears on the account record fine. We have numerous Opportunity pages and this is happening on all Opportunity edit pages. The issue is reported in R12.

Account Address Field should be populated.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Opty.
2. Formula Field should be populated.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the value of this field on Opty page.
