Symptoms

When attempting to enter a contact from another country than the one defined in the employee's Work Relationship, error occurs: "The contact relationship country must be equal to one of the worker's work relationship countries "

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Hire an employee
2. Add a contact person from a different country
3. Error
