Can't See Search On All Devices

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When testing Oracle Tap on a few devices, and we realized some differences.
On some devices, the user can see search in upper right corner, but on some devices there are no search section, the user can't search for our colleague.
The devices that we use for test:
1. Tesla 9 - 5.2 '' ; 1920x1080 pixels and OS: Android v5.1
2. iPhone 6+ :5.5 " ; 1080x1920 pixels and OS: iOS8
3. HTC Desier 820 : 5.5 '' ; 720x1080 pixels and OS: Android v4.4
4. Asus Zanpad 10: 10.1" ; 1280x800 pixels and OS: Android v6.0
Only on iPhone 6+ and Asus Zenpad the user can see search section, on other two devices the user can't see search section, and they can't search for people.
