Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, CX Mobile Application

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Sales Method field not displaying correct list of values on Edit layout of Opportunity
Actual values shown:
- 300000000xxxxx (xxxxx is actually a set of digits)

Moreover, this field's label has been modified to 'Type', but it is appearing as 'Sales Method' in the app.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Sales Method field should show:
- 01 - Lead
- 02- Target
- 03 - P1
- 04 - Series

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new Opportunity
2. Notice Sales Method field is showing numbers instead of values.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot properly Create opportunity, sales stage field is not shown properly.
