Not Able To Add Call Recording As Attachment In CX Cloud Mobile App

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, CX Mobile Application

In Opportunity -> Attachment subtab section using option 'Record Audio' we receive error

Details of smartphone I am using are as follows:

Phone: OnePlus 3T
Model: OnePlus A3003
Android version: 7.1.1
OxygenOS version: 4.1.7


ERROR
-----------------------
"Selected Media Recording is not supported on your device."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Opportunity, select and open one.
2. Navigate in Attachments subtab
3. Add new (+) -> Record Audio.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Attach audio attachments on Opportunity.
