You have subscriptions to both FCCS and ARCS and you are attempting to set up a link within FCCS to connect directly to ARCS. You have followed the setup steps from Chapter 3 of the "Administering Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud" document (https://docs.oracle.com/cloud/latest/financial-consol-cloud/AGFCC/AGFCC.pdf), but when validating the link, you get "Unknown Error". You are able to succesfully connect directly to ARCS in a separate browser.
